Blood tokens in MTG are pretty cool! They're a new artifact type introduced in the Innistrad: Crimson Vow set. Basically, you can tap one, discard a card, and then draw a card. It's a fantastic way to cycle through your deck, filtering out the cards you don't need at the moment for a chance at something better. Plus, some cards and abilities give you bonuses for creating or sacrificing Blood tokens, making them a versatile strategy piece in gameplay.

Short and sweet version: Blood tokens let you swap a card you don't want with a new draw from your deck. Pay 1, tap, say bye to a card, and hello to a new one. It's like giving your deck a fresh breath of air!

Honestly, Blood tokens aren't as great as they sound. Sure, you get to draw more cards, but at the cost of discarding? It's too situational to be really game-changing. Better have a solid strategy than rely on these.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
