Honestly, just play around their counterspells and you're golden. Wait for them to tap out or bluff an attack to bait out their spells. Patience wins the game.
Speed is your best friend here. Go faster than they can set up. Aggressive red or white decks can outpace Mono Blue Tempo by putting constant pressure from the get-go. Don't give them room to breathe!
Mono Blue? Just smash it with Green Stompy. Big creatures, lots of 'em. Overwhelm their puny spells.
I faced Mono Blue Tempo last week and crushed it with a Rakdos Sacrifice deck. They couldn't handle the constant removal and direct damage. Plus, sacrificing my own creatures made their bounce spells useless.
