How do you goldfish MTG?
Honestly, goldfishing isn't real practice. Can't replace playing against a real opponent. It's okay for learning your own deck, I guess.

Just shuffle up and play as if you had an opponent, but they do nothing. It's like playing solitaire with your MTG deck. Keep track of turns and see how your deck performs in a bubble. It's not perfect for strategy testing 'cause there's no interaction, but it's good for understanding your own deck's mechanics.
Been goldfishing my latest commander deck to see how consistent my mana draw is. Super helpful for tweaking before I hit the real tables. Just pretend there's an opponent and go through your game plan!
Goldfishing in MTG is when you play your deck against an imaginary opponent, basically to see how quickly or efficiently your deck can win on its own. You're simulating turns and making decisions as if you were in a real game, but without an opponent to disrupt your plays. It's great for testing out the 'speed' of your deck or practicing your combos!
