How do you organize Magic The Gathering card binders?
Organizing MTG binders really comes down to personal preference, but a lot of players like to sort their cards by set and then by color within each set. They’ll start with the oldest set at the front of the binder and work their way to the newest. Each section for a set begins with white cards, followed by blue, black, red, green, multicolor, artifact, and finally land cards. This method makes it super easy to find what you're looking for if you remember the set and color of the card.

I go a little against the grain here - I organize my binder purely by the card's rarity, then alphabetically. Mythics and rares at the front, followed by uncommons and commons. It's not the best method if you're looking to build decks directly from the binder, but it sure makes it easy to flick through and admire your collection!
Just throw 'em in there. Who has time for organizing? If it fits, it sits.
I separate my binder by cards I use often, potential trades, and rares/mythics. It's like having a 'favorites' section in front, which makes deck building and trading much easier. Plus, keeping the valuable cards at the back provides an extra layer of protection from prying eyes.
