How does Black Market work in MTG?
Black Market in MTG is a pretty neat enchantment card that gathers up 'charge counters' anytime a creature dies. Then, at the beginning of your precombat main phase, it gives you one black mana for each charge counter on it for that turn. So, if your games feature a lot of creatures kicking the bucket, Black Market can become an incredibly powerful source of mana pretty quickly. Just think of it as a magical savings account that pays out in mana every time a creature bites the dust!

It works like this: creatures go to the graveyard, Black Market gets happier. More death, more mana. Simple.
Actually, I think Black Market is overrated. Yes, it gives you a ton of mana, but only in decks that can consistently send creatures to the graveyard. It鈥檚 a dead card in your hand if the game is slow or if you're not in a creature-heavy meta.
