Killswitch is an interesting artifact card in Magic The Gathering that can turn the tide of a game if used cleverly. When you activate Killswitch by paying three mana and tapping it, it taps all other artifacts on the battlefield. They don't untap during their controllers' next untap step. This means if your opponent relies heavily on artifacts for their strategy, activating Killswitch can essentially freeze those assets for a turn, giving you a significant advantage. Remember, it affects all artifacts, so be mindful of how it might impact your own board as well!

Honestly, Killswitch seems more trouble than it's worth. Sure, it can disrupt artifact strategies, but it hits yours too. There're better options out there.

Killswitch is all about timing! Activate it during your opponent's upkeep phase before they untap. This way, you ensure their artifacts stay tapped for the longest time possible, disrupting their plans. Perfect for slowing down those pesky artifact-heavy decks.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
