How does 'Light Up the Stage' work in MTG?
'Light Up the Stage' is basically your ticket to potentially cheap spells for a turn. When you cast it, you exile the top two cards of your deck. Then, until the end of your next turn, you can play those cards. If you triggered spectacle because an opponent lost life this turn, it only costs you one red mana instead of three. It's like a mini lottery where you hope to draw something good on discount!

Simple - 'Light Up the Stage' lets you sneak a peek at the top two cards of your deck and says 'Here, play these for a bargain until your next turn ends.' Just remember, if those cards are lands, you can play them, but if they're spells, you need the mana to cast them. Spectacle cost is a steal if you've already pinged your opponent!
Honestly, 'Light Up the Stage' is overrated. Great when it works, but sometimes you just exile two lands when you really needed action.
