How does Mistcaller work in MTG?

Mistcaller is basically your bouncer at the club for any uninvited creatures trying to sneak onto the battlefield without being properly cast. You can sacrifice Mistcaller, and for the rest of the turn, if a creature would enter the battlefield and it wasn't cast, Mistcaller says, 'Not tonight!' and it's exiled instead. Great for stopping those cheaty-face strategies from graveyard or library shenanigans.

Mistcaller? Oh, it's a one-shot deal. Tap, sacrifice it, and bam - it shuts down any attempt to put creatures onto the battlefield without casting them directly from the hand that turn. So, your opponent's sneaky reanimation plans? Cancelled.

Honestly, Mistcaller seems a bit niche. Sure, it can exile a creature that's trying to sneak onto the field without an invite, but you only get one shot. Is it really worth a slot in your deck?

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
