In MTG Arena, players climb the ranks by winning matches. You start at Bronze and can work your way up through Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Once past Diamond, you reach Mythic! Top-tier gameplay happens here. Mythic rank is split into tiers from 4 to 1, and in Mythic, your progress is measured by a percentage that shows how close you are to being in the top 1,200 Mythic-ranked players. Once in the top 1,200, you'll see your exact rank among them. Winning games gains you rank, and losing games can cause you to lose rank, with the amount of progress gained or lost influenced by the rank of your opponent.

Mythic in MTG Arena is where the big fish play. It's simple - win to go up, lose to go down. Get to top 1,200 and you can see exactly how you stack against the elite.

Honestly, reaching Mythic is mostly about grinding a ton of games. Sure, skill matters, but if you play enough and have a decent win rate, you'll get there eventually.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
