How does mulligan work in MTG?
In Magic The Gathering, a mulligan lets you shuffle your initial hand back into your deck and draw a new hand of one less card if you're not happy with your first draw. You can do this as many times as you want until you're satisfied with your hand, but each time you'll have one less card to start. After deciding to keep a hand, if you took any mulligans, you may scry 1 for each mulligan you took (look at the top card of your deck and decide to put it back on top or the bottom of your deck), so you get a tiny peek to help stabilize your strategy.

Mulligan's a strategic reset button. Tweak your starting hand, but it costs ya - one card at a time.
Mulligan is basically a do-over for your starting hand in MTG. Not happy? Shuffle and draw again, just remember you get one less card each time. So choose wisely!
