Honestly, Mystic Forge feels overhyped. Sure, casting from the top of your library sounds cool, but it really depends on how your deck is built.

Mystic Forge is a pretty sweet artifact card in MTG that lets you look at the top card of your library anytime you want (not just on your turn). If it's an artifact card or a colorless nonland card, you can cast it from the top of your library. Oh, and for a cherry on top, you can tap it and pay 1 life to exile the top card of your library, giving you a fresh card to potentially cast. Perfect for those artifact-heavy decks looking to churn through their library.

It's simple: Mystic Forge lets you play with the top card of your library revealed, and you can cast artifact and colorless nonland cards from there. You can also tap it, pay 1 life, and exile the top card if it's not something you want, basically letting you skip cards you can't use.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
