Just go with 17 lands and adjust from there. Too many new players get caught up in the specifics but forget that flexibility is key. Drafting isn't an exact science!

Generally, you'd want to aim for about 17 lands in a 40-card MTG Arena draft deck. This ratio gives you a solid foundation of mana without flooding your deck. Of course, it can shift a bit depending on your curve and the number of mana sinks or card draw mechanics you have, but 17 is a good starting point!

Honestly, I sometimes drop to 16 lands if my deck is super aggressive with a low curve. But really, sticking to 17 lands is a safe bet for most drafts.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
