Crew abilities last as long as the vehicle remains a creature. In Magic The Gathering, once you tap the required creatures with enough total power to meet or exceed the vehicle's crew requirement, the vehicle becomes an artifact creature until the end of the turn. So, if you're looking to smash your opponent with a massive Skysovereign, you've got until the turn ends to make your move!
Crew's effect is super quick - it only lasts till the end of the turn. Think of it as a temp job for your creatures, but instead of filing paperwork, they're turning vehicles into monster trucks for a quick joyride in battle.
