It's not down that long, usually just a couple of hours. Plus, they sometimes give out free stuff afterward as an apology for the downtime, so it's not all bad!

MTG Arena maintenance times can vary, typically lasting for a few hours. They usually start early in the morning (U.S. time) to minimize disruption. The best way to stay updated is to check out the MTG Arena Twitter account or the official forums where they post maintenance schedules and updates!

Honestly, feels like forever when you're itching to play. Best advice? Have a backup game for those maintenance days, or better yet, dust off those physical cards and play IRL.

A few hours max. If it's longer, check their social media for updates. They're pretty good about communicating.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
