A standard deck in Magic The Gathering requires a minimum of 60 cards. There's no maximum limit, but you gotta be able to shuffle your deck unassisted. Also, side note, if you're playing competitively, you might wanna have a 15-card sideboard ready for adjustments between games.

60 cards, no more no less for the main deck. Well, actually, you can have more, but why would you? Keep it lean and mean.
