A Commander deck in Magic The Gathering must have exactly 100 cards, including the Commander themselves. This doesn't count towards your 99-card deck limit, so you pick 99 cards plus your Commander to make that magic 100.

Just 100 cards for Commander, no more, no less. And remember, one of those is your Commander!

It's 100. But don't forget, duplicates are a no-go except for basic lands. Makes deck building quite the puzzle.
