In Magic The Gathering, the color wheel consists of five colors: White, Blue, Black, Red, and Green. Technically, you can combine these in a bunch of ways. If you're just talking about pairs (two-color combinations), there are 10 possible pairs. But if you consider any combination of colors (including three, four, or all five colors together), there are 31 different color combinations. That's not even counting mono-color decks!

32 if you count colorless as its own 'color combo'. But traditionally, 31 is the magic number when you're looking at combinations from the five primary MTG colors.

Honestly, just stick to one color when you start. Makes life way easier.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
