Gems in MTG Arena are like precious little digital jewels you buy to get cool stuff. Prices start at $4.99 for 750 gems and go up from there. You can grab bigger bundles too, like 1600 gems for $9.99, 3400 gems for $19.99, all the way up to 20,000 gems for $99.99. So, it kinda depends how deep your pockets are and how shiny you want your deck to be!

Been throwing cash at MTG Arena for ages. Best value is the 3400 gems for $19.99 IMHO. Gets you enough to draft a few times and maybe snag some cool cards.
