Doubling sleeving your MTG cards is a great way to protect them! First, you gotta start with the inner sleeve. Slide your card in there gently, making sure the open end is at the bottom of the card. Then, take the outer sleeve - this one should be a bit tougher than the inner sleeve - and insert the already sleeved card, but this time with the open end of the inner sleeve going in first. This way, you create a moisture and dust resistant seal. It's a bit like putting on a raincoat over a sweater, extra protection against the elements!

Just shove the card in the inner sleeve and then stuff that into the outer sleeve. Done. How hard can it be, right?

Honestly, double sleeving is overkill for most players. Unless you're dealing with super rare cards or playing in environments where spills are likely, a single good quality sleeve should suffice.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
