Just play Commander instead. Brawl's okay, but Commander's where it's at.

Been playing Brawl on MTG Arena since it launched, and honestly, it's my favorite format. The key is having a strong commander and building your deck to complement their abilities. The matchmaking on Arena does a great job finding you opponents at similar skill levels, so don't worry about getting crushed. Have fun!

Oh, Brawl in MTG Arena is super fun and easy to get into! First up, launch MTG Arena and head to the 'Play' section. You'll find Brawl under the formats offered - it might be listed under 'Special Events' sometimes, especially if there's a Brawl event happening. Make sure you've got a Brawl deck ready; these decks are a bit different since they're 60-card singleton decks built around a specific commander, which can be any legendary creature or planeswalker from Standard. Once you've got your deck set, just select Brawl, and you're ready to match up against another player!

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
