Honestly, just jump on Discord! Tons of MTG communities there where folks are always setting up Commander games. You'll need a webcam setup if you wanna play with physical cards, but it's def worth it for the social vibes.

Playing MTG Commander online is a blast and super easy once you get the hang of it! Your best bet is to start with Magic: The Gathering Arena, the official digital version of the game. It's free to play and offers a variety of formats, including some that are similar to Commander. For the traditional Commander experience, though, many players use platforms like MTG Online where you can build your deck and play against others. Also, don't forget about third-party platforms like Cockatrice or Untap.in, where you can play for free. Just make sure you have your deck list ready!

MTGO (Magic: The Gathering Online) is the OG way to play Commander online. Sure, it's not free, but it's the closest you'll get to the real deal without actually sitting across the table from someone.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
