Nah, Sol Ring isn’t available in MTG Arena. The platform focuses on Standard and Historic formats primarily, and Sol Ring is a bit too powerful and not part of those card pools. It’s more of a Commander and Vintage staple, so you won’t see it in Arena’s digital battlegrounds.

Definitely not there. Sol Ring is like that one overpowered friend in games who isn't invited to play in Arena. It's kept out for good reasons.
