EDH, or Elder Dragon Highlander, is basically the cool, more casual big brother of standard MTG play. It's all about big plays, unique decks, and that one legendary creature that tells everyone at the table, 'This is my show.' Lots of fun if you're into crafting a deck that screams 'you.'

It's Commander, not EDH. Sure, EDH is the old name, but everyone calls it Commander now. It stands for the same fun, but let's keep with the times, shall we?

EDH in Magic The Gathering stands for Elder Dragon Highlander. It's a game format where each player uses a 100-card deck with no duplicates, other than basic lands, and is led by a legendary creature as the commander. It's named after the 'Highlander' movie series, where the motto is 'There can only be one,' reflecting the rule of no duplicate cards.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
