The One Ring card in MTG is basically the Swiss Army knife of Magic cards. First off, it's legendary, because, of course, there can only be one. It grants you a bunch of cool perks like gaining 3 life at the beginning of your upkeep, adding one mana of any color to your mana pool, drawing a card, and even making one of your creatures indestructible until your next turn. But oh, there's a catch – when you use one of these abilities, you put a corruption counter on The One Ring. And if you ever hit 20 of those counters, you lose the game. Talk about high risk, high reward!

I've used The One Ring in my deck – game changer, folks. It's like having your cake and eating it too, until the cake decides it's had enough of you.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
