In Magic The Gathering, First Strike is a nifty ability that lets a creature deal its combat damage before creatures without First Strike during the combat damage phase. Think of it as having the reflexes of a cat on a hot tin roof - it hits first, potentially taking down its opponent before they get a chance to strike back.

Everyone's getting technical here, but let me tell you, First Strike in MTG is just plain awesome. It's like being the first to grab a slice of pizza. You get your damage in before anyone else, which can be a game-changer.

First Strike means your creature gets to throw the first punch in a fight. If it's strong enough, the other guy won't even get to hit back.

If you're an MTG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of MTG cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
